Emaar dubai hills estate​ is one of the first large residential communities in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Emaar Properties, a leading real estate company in dubai, and Meraas developed it together as a city within a city, created to offer a greener, low- to mid-rise alternative to dense urban districts while still remaining central.
