H&S Real Estate bags 'top seller' award

H&S Real Estate Dubai, a part of Haqsons Group, has won the award for being the top sellers of Emaar Properties in 2019.

H&S has won this award second time in a row. It's the first time since the start of freehold in UAE that any company has been crowned 'Number One', twice in a row, with over half a billion dollars in annual sales for 2018 and then again in 2019.

Emad Haq, Saad Haq and Fahad Haq formed the company in 2014 and have invested in Dubai Real Estate since 2001.

The Haqs felt that there was a need for a company that would give the right advice to the buyers and not just sell to make a quick and easy commission.

Agents would sell an off-plan property to clients and then disappear. International buyers would be left clueless as to what to do after the purchase.

H&S is a complete solution for all local and international buyers. Once a buyer has purchased a property with H&S, they take care of handover, rental, maintenance and resale also if required.

A landlord never has to go through any issues. Such a service was never provided by any company earlier. This has led to the success of H&S and their phenomenal rise.
