On the evening of February 26th, our team at H&S Real Estate stood proud as we accepted the Top Alliance award from Dubai Holding during their Black Onyx Q4 2024 Awards ceremony. What a night it was – the kind that reminds you why all those late nights and extra hours matter in this business.

The ceremony? Packed with familiar faces from across Dubai's property scene. You know how these industry events go – half networking, half celebration, but this one felt different. Maybe because we weren't expecting to hear our name called for such a prestigious recognition.
