H&S Real Estate Dubai, a subsidiary of Haqsons Group, has been honoured with an award for achieving record property sales in the UAE. It clinched the highest number of property sales since the year 2000.
This award is given on merit to the company that makes the highest sales in terms of value. H&S Real Estate trumped thousands of companies to emerge on top.
Though Haqsons Group has a presence in several countries since 1971 and has been investing in real estate since 2000, H&S Real Estate was created in 2013.
Within the first year of inception, it became a major player in the UAE real estate industry. It even figured in the Top 10 performing agencies in the first two years. Later, it progressively climbed the charts to top the rankings in its fifth year of operations.
CEO Fahad Sana Ul Haq says H&S Real Estate is a safe place where a client is taken care of like family. "I only sell my clients' property if I deem it fit to buy for myself," he explains.
H&S Real Estate places customer happiness, confidentiality and investment protection above everything else. "This business practice has given H&S Real Estate a reputation as the go-to place for good advice for any property purchase in Dubai," the CEO adds.
Emaar Properties honoured H&S Real Estate by displaying its name on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
