ABOUT DUBAI STUDIO CITY
Spanning more than 22 million sq. ft., Studio City is a free zone in Dubai. At a prime location among the central areas of the emirate, Dubai Studio City is a project of TECOM Investments. It is a three-phased development launched in 2005. The area is strategically located next to Al Qudra Road D63, offering easy access to many residential areas of Dubai.
Known best for its commercial side, Studio City Dubai provides cutting-edge facilities to commercial offices, especially broadcasting companies, film production houses, TV, music and other entertainment-related sectors. The area may not be known for its residential offerings, but it has many residential towers with apartments available for rent and sale.
There are no villas or townhouses in the community. However, one may find a few commercial and residential plots among property configurations. This area resembles another free zone district in the emirate, Dubai Media City, except Studio City also offers housing facilities.

COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
Dubai Studio City has a collection of residential and commercial towers. The commercial side of the community features an array of production companies, television academies, retail spaces, and offices. So basically, the commercial units mainly include offices for technology-related fields, such as animation, dubbing, set designing, and editing. Studio City also caters to many freelancers, hence you will find a well-planned residential neighbourhood here too.
Similar to its neighbour Media City, Dubai Studio City is also designed to cater to the needs of production houses, including their crew members. A mix of mid-rise and high-rise buildings and community parks strongly suggests a family-friendly atmosphere.
The clusters of these residential buildings are surrounded by green spaces, offering panoramic views from the balconies and apartments that exude luxury. Not to mention, Dubai Studio City is also a pet-friendly community where people can take their pets out for a walk. Residents will have no trouble finding facilities like supermarkets, restaurants, clinics, and schools in the area.

The area is close to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and it neighbours the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club. The commercial & residential properties in Dubai Studio City are split into Glitz 1, Glitz 2 and Glitz 3. The community park has a leisure deck and barbeque area, and the podium of some buildings has an open-air gazebo and a shared pool on the rooftop.
Glitz is a residential project of Danube Properties. Glitz 1 is a mixed-use building featuring a selection of 146 residential units and 5 retail units. These units are spread out on 8 levels. Apartment types are categorised into studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units. The retail units for rent are on the ground floor of the building.
Next, Glitz 2 features 146 units categorised into a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments spread out on eight levels. This building also has a few commercial units on the ground floor. Glitz 3 features 352 residential units, including studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. There are also 6 retail outlets on the ground floor spread over an area of 875 sq. ft. Samana Golf Avenue is a residential development by Samana Developers located at Hessa Street.
